Development plans have been announced for the construction of a new commercial building on the former Takiyamacho Building site in Ginza 6-chome, Tokyo.
The commercial building, scheduled to open in the fall of 2015, will be four stories tall, with Versace and Brunello Cucinelli scheduled to open stores. Each will occupy the first three floors on the west and east sides of the building for their new stores.
Hokushin Real Estate is in charge of developing the commercial building, and construction has already begun since December 1st.
