Yiqing Yin, a young Chinese designer, has been appointed the new creative director of LEONARD. Her first collection for LEONARD will be presented at Paris Fashion Week for the Fall/Winter 2014-15 collection.

Yin moved to Paris at the age of four and graduated from the École des Arts Décoratifs in 2009. The following year, she received the Grand Prix de la Fashion Creation from the City of Paris. In 2011, she won the First Collection Award at the ANDAM Fashion Award, a competition for young designers organized by the French National Association for the Development of Fashion Arts. Since January 2012, she has been presenting her own collections as an invited member of the Syndicate des Haute Couture de Paris.

Raffaele Borriello served as creative director at LEONARD from the Spring/Summer 2013 season until last fall.
