Oct 29, 2013

Moschino has announced the appointment of Jeremy Scott as creative director. Jeremy's first collection will be presented at Milan Fashion Week in February for the 2014-15 Autumn/Winter season.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of Moschino, and Rosella Jardini, who was involved as a designer at the brand's founding, has led the brand as creative director since 1994.
Jeremy was born in Kansas City, USA, and moved to New York in 1992. After studying fashion design at Pratt Institute, he moved to Paris in 1996 and started his own brand. After presenting his collection in New York and achieving success, including winning the CFDA New Talent Award, he relocated to Los Angeles, USA in 2002. His clients include Rihanna, Madonna, Katy Perry, and M.I.A. The brand is also actively collaborating with other brands, and since 2003 has collaborated with adidas Originals to release eye-catching items such as sneakers with attached stuffed toys, which have become hits around the world.
