La Mer's new serum targets the facial lines

Jan 15, 2014

Skincare brand De La Mer will release the gel-type serum "The Moisture Lift Contour Serum" (30ml/¥36,750) on January 24th. It targets the skin on the face and neck, which is crucial for creating a complexion that lines the face. Ingredients containing collagen and elastin work on the stratum corneum. The brand's signature moisturizing ingredient, Miracle Broth, restores skin's natural cycle. The new "Lifting Ferment," a combination of brown algae (a perennial seaweed known as the "fountain of youth"), copper-rich blue algae, and marine peptides known for their youthful appearance, firms and tightens the skin, leading to a more toned appearance. De La Mer was founded in 1965. It began expanding into Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, and other countries around the world between 2000 and 2001, and arrived in China in 2005. The moisturizing cream "Creme de La Mer" (30ml/18,900 yen, 60ml/34,650 yen, 100ml/51,450 yen), which contains Miracle Broth, a bio-fermented mixture of seaweed and minerals, is loved all over the world. The company also supports Oceana, the world's largest international marine conservation organization, and is committed to protecting the marine environment by holding an event on World Oceans Day.
