Cosmetics brand De La Mer will release a moisturizing cream in collaboration with high jeweler BOUCHERON.
It is a limited edition of only 10 pieces worldwide, and comes with a plate engraved with a serial number. In Japan, only one piece will be sold at the Isetan Shinjuku store in January. The price is 1,575,000 yen.
This item is a limited edition for the holiday season, and contains the popular Crème de la Mer (100ml) in a mother-of-pearl box. The box is adorned with Boucheron's signature cobblestone motif, "Clou de Paris," and the lid is adorned with a blue cabochon sapphire reminiscent of the sea. Sandra Main, Global General Manager of La Mer, commented on the new product, saying, "It's a true collaboration that highlights both Boucheron's savoir-faire (unique, exceptional craftsmanship) and La Mer's maritime roots."
