On January 16th, skincare brand SK-II held a commemorative ceremony at Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi to celebrate the launch of the "SK-II Beautiful Skin PiteraDoc," a free comprehensive skincare consultation experience. Brand muse Haruka Ayase appeared at the event. Ayase has been a SK-II customer for approximately five years, and a skin analysis using the brand's proprietary, cutting-edge skin analysis device, the Magic Ring, showed her skin age at 19. When asked about the secret to her beautiful skin, she replied, "Removing makeup thoroughly and using plenty of lotion." She also assisted event attendees with skin analysis, encouraging them to "use the skincare consultation to help you in the future." A conversation also took place with Akemi Nakano, the hair and makeup artist who has been working with Ayase for approximately nine years. During a skin check on stage, Nakano described Ayase's skin as "soft and supple," and she stated her goal of further improving her skin condition: "This year, I'm aiming for balanced, supple, and smooth skin. Since skincare is a cumulative process, I want to continue to take care of my skin." The event concluded with Ayase personally placing the "Beautiful Skin Pitera Doc Mark" on the front of the "SK-II Beautiful Skin Pitera Doc Bus," a remodeled school bus that actually traveled in the United States. The SK-II Pitera Doc will kick off at Tokyo Midtown from January 17th to 19th, then at Iwataya, Fukuoka from February 12th to 18th, before traveling across the country to Nagoya, Osaka, and more. The SK-II Beautiful Skin Pitera Doc Bus will also be appearing at event venues across the country.
