With a theme of "Strawberries & Pops," the buffet offers a selection of adorable sweets that will make your heart flutter.

■J.S. PANCAKE CAFE is all about strawberries this spring! Strawberry Honey Pancakes and Amaou Parfaits
All J.S. PANCAKE CAFE locations are holding an all-you-can-eat strawberry spring fair until May 31st. Based on the concept of "Very Many Strawberries," they are offering five types of strawberry menu items, including pancakes, parfaits, and crepes. During the fair, on the 1st, 5th, and 15th, they are also running a campaign where you can get 300% more strawberries on your Strawberry Honey Pancakes for free!

■Spring-only strawberry and bean paste bun at Toraya Cafe An Stand Shinjuku
The new spring menu items are now on sale at Toraya Cafe Omotesando Hills, Aoyama, and Toraya Cafe An Stand Shinjuku. For a limited time, they will be selling the gorgeous "Sakura Parfait" (1,100 yen) and the "Ankoppe [Strawberry]" (600 yen), which combines strawberries with a generous amount of smooth bean paste.

■Experience the miracle of strawberries!? A rich spring-only menu from a spray pancake specialty store
All stores of FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store, will be offering the "Miracle Pancake Amaou Mille-feuille" (1,400 yen) as a spring-only menu item until April 9th. Be sure to check out this miracle pancake, made with a crispy pie topped with a mille-feuille of rich custard cream and lightly sweet whipped cream, and a generous topping of large Amaou strawberries!

■Shiseido Parlour introduces a reproduction bavarois to commemorate the retirement of the Toden 7000 series tram
Until April 30th, Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe is offering a spring dessert, "Floral Pattern Strawberry Bavarian Cream" (1,980 yen including tax / includes a complimentary cup of coffee or tea), which is a modern take on "bavarois." Try the reproduction bavarois that has been added to the menu in preparation for the retirement of the Toden 7000 series tram, which ran between Ginza and Nihonbashi in March.

■Frederic Cassel's April inspiration is the spring-like theme of "strawberries"
Frederic Cassel has released a collection themed around "fraise des bois," a strawberry beloved by the French. This time, there are four types of sweets: the familiar "mille-feuille finger," as well as "macaron," "Saint-Honoré," and "Petit Merveille," a petit meringue gateau.
