
RITUEL par Christophe Vasseur, a viennoiserie shop run by Paris's top boulanger, Christophe Vasseur, is selling "Tarte aux Fraises" (590 yen including tax) for a limited time until mid-March.
Under the motto of "being as local as possible," "Tarte aux Fraises" is made using the highest quality domestic organic ingredients, and the dough is handcrafted one by one using traditional French techniques that Christophe Vasseur, one of Paris' top boulangers, has self-taught himself. The flaky pie crust is covered with sliced almonds and topped with juicy Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture.
