Elle Cafe's new menu lets you enjoy cherry blossoms with all five senses, including a cherry blossom-flavored smoothie topped with white strawberries.

ELLE cafe will be holding a "Sakura Fair" at all of its stores for one month only, from March 1st to 31st, to allow customers to enjoy cherry blossoms with all five senses.

The fair will feature the "Sakura Berry" (1,800 yen), a vegan dessert smoothie bonbon featuring the rare white "Awayuki Strawberry" and whipped soy milk; "Sakura Almond Milk" (700 yen), a dairy-free hot almond milk mixed with cherry syrup and homemade cherry compote syrup; "Sakura Bean Paste & Cherry Compote" (980 yen), a Japanese-style dish made with low-sugar, plant-based coconut yogurt "Koyo" topped with salted cherry blossoms and red bean paste; and "Sakura Custard & Dark Cherry" (750 yen), a sakura-flavored custard and red bean paste filled bun topped with homemade cherry compote.
