Satsuki, the coffee shop inside Hotel New Otani (4-1 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), has introduced "Brioche French Toast" (2,800 yen/service charge not included) topped with Hakata Amaou strawberries for a limited time until late April.

This premium French toast is luxuriously made with rich-tasting Hachijojima Jersey milk from Jersey cows, of which only 10,000 are kept in the entire country, Taiyo eggs from Nagasaki Prefecture, Police Brown chickens known as the king of red egg chickens and raised on natural, additive-free feed, honey from sunflowers produced in France, and almond milk. The French toast is topped with Hakata Amaou strawberries and an original Linzer Cereal Torte base inspired by the Austrian Linzer Torte, said to be the oldest torte. It is topped with roasted almond milk arrowroot and a generous amount of almond milk cream, and is topped with a pink and white almond milk macaron.
