Versus Versace has unveiled its first collaboration, a capsule collection by British designer Jonathan William Anderson.
The collection combines the three themes of Versus Versace - color, slashes (slits), and monochrome graphics - with Anderson's creative concept of "sharing a wardrobe between men and women," which is the basis of his creations. The collection features sexy mini dresses incorporating lace and asymmetrical tops with back straps.
The collection will be available on the Versus Versace official website on June 15th. The brand is also focusing on a digital strategy that actively utilizes social media, and footage of the presentation held in New York on the 15th of this month, as well as a conversation between Donatella and Anderson, have been posted on the brand's official website and on YouTube.
The brand, which changed its name from "Versus" in the 2013-14 Autumn/Winter collection, will not only present its main collection, but will also present capsule collections and special projects under the supervision of designer Donatella Versace, inviting guest designers and collaborators.
