Fashion Headlines interviews press representatives about the most popular items from each brand's Spring/Summer 2013 collection for magazine shoots. What are the highlights picked by fashion editors and stylists?
First up is Stella McCartney.
■ The most popular item is a blouse and dress made of cutwork lace embroidered on organza. Fans praise it for its balance of girly floral print and masculine boxy silhouette, saying it's so Stella-esque. It's often featured in store displays and has also appeared on the homepage of the brand's official website. Available in black and white.
■ A sporty mesh pullover made from Airtex. Taking advantage of the sheerness of the fabric, it can be layered with colored items. The oversized silhouette is very on-trend. There's also a zip-up blouson version.
■ The brand's first eyewear, released in March. Like the sunglasses collection, which uses 54% natural materials, this eco-friendly design is made from bioacetate.
