A pop-up shop for British luxury shoe brand Charlotte Olympia will be open on the second floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store from June 12th to July 2nd.

During the event, the 2013 Autumn/Winter pre-collection "HOLLYWOODLAND" will be available first. Limited-edition shoes (189,000 yen) with photos of iconic Hollywood actors on the heels will be available, as well as miscellaneous goods such as stockings and scarves that are not normally available.

There are two types of limited-edition shoes. The shoes feature design motifs of former stars who supported Hollywood's golden age: Marilyn Monroe and Tom Ewell, and Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart. Charlotte Olympia was founded in London in January 2008 by designer Charlotte Olympia Dellal. All of its shoes are made in Italy and feature a feminine, classic design inspired by old-school Hollywood glamour. The brand's iconic gold spider web motif is the finishing touch on the sole. Many celebrities, including Natalie Portman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Alexa Chung, Katy Perry, and Beyoncé, are fans of the brand.
