An event for "A.P.C. QUILTS," a collaborative project by A.P.C. founder and creative director Jean Touitou and designer Jessica Ogden, will be held on the second floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store from October 23rd to 29th. It will then travel to Kobe, Fukuoka, and Tokyo. The lineup includes reproductions of 20 previously released quilt collections, as well as newly designed accessories such as an iPhone holder (5,250 yen), panniers (13,650 to 24,150 yen), vanity cases (7,350 yen), and a cat cushion (18,900 yen). All items are made in India using A.P.C.'s archive fabrics. A.P.C. QUILTS was launched in the latter half of 2010 when Jean asked Jessica, who was making clothes out of remade vintage quilts, to create a quilt using fabric that was left in the A.P.C. warehouse. Since then, it has become a popular project, and a total of seven quilt collections have been released to date.
