A.P.C. and Eastpak release their first collaboration items, including golf bags

Sep 5, 2013

A.P.C. has announced its first collaboration bag with EASTPAK, an American brand known for its backpacks. All three models will be released on September 19th.

The "Classic Backpack" (25,200 yen), based on Eastpak's iconic "Authentic Wyoming" backpack, comes with a padded laptop sleeve and a pocket for valuables. The large field bag "Big Backpack" (42,000 yen) features a camouflage pattern and functional details such as metal parts and belts.

The golf bag (79,800 yen) is made from durable nylon canvas. The bag features an extendable mini stand for placing the bag upright, a padded strap, and a front pocket that can be used as a rain cover or travel cover. The headcovers for the 3, 5, and 7 irons each feature the letters "A.P.C.", while the driver features the initial "D." The bag also includes swing advice from A.P.C. designer Jean Touitou: "Bang Bang, Hit Long & Straight and Use No Power." Under the "EASTPAK" logo on every item, "A.P.C." is written instead of the usual "USA," and the name is printed in reverse order on the inside.
