Anatomica, a select shop with its flagship store in Paris and Japan locations in Asakusabashi, Tokyo, and Sapporo, opened Avant Anatomica at Opaque Marunouchi on September 27th. Created by Pierre Fournier and Kinji Teramoto, Anatomica is a concept shop with its flagship store in Paris. It offers a unisex selection of carefully selected items that fit the body well and are comfortable. The new Avant Anatomica store at Opaque, named after the name "Avan Anatomica," means "just before the full Anatomica store." The store's theme of "folk art contemporary" includes items like original Japanese denim, vests, jackets, and coats made from beach cloth, a material used in American workwear in the 1920s, as well as Alden shoes, further embodying the Anatomica spirit. From the 10th, a pop-up event for "Alhambra," the first women's shoes designed by Pierre Fournier, will be held until the 23rd at "The Style," a space facing Nakadori Street inside the Opaque store. The comfort of the shoes, made from wooden lasts by the craftsmen who worked on Saint Laurent's collection shoes in the 1970s, is known to have many fans in Paris.
