In conjunction with Tokyo Fashion Week, Seibu Shibuya is hosting "SHIBUYA CREATORS," an event showcasing creators of women's and men's fashion from Shibuya, Japan, until the 21st.
The women's brand lineup available in Building A includes "Muller of Yoshiokubo," "ENFOLD," and "G.V.G.V." (both on the 3rd floor), "mame" and "motonari ono" (on the 4th floor), and "THE RERACS" and "sakayori." (on the 5th floor).
In the promotion space on the 3rd floor, a pop-up shop for "triaa," a new brand that debuted this fall, is open until the 14th. In addition to selling the debut collection, made entirely of knitwear, the 14SS collection, which will be released in February, is also on display and is currently accepting reservations. Additionally, a pop-up shop for SOMARTA will open in the promotional space on the 4th floor. Featuring an Art Deco theme, the shop will showcase new items for this fall/winter collection, featuring designs featuring jewellery and architectural motifs, as well as original prints by artist KITAJIKO. Men's items are available on the 4th floor of Building B. Brands include 08sircus, CASH-CA, ato, White Mountaineering, DISCOVERED, JOINTRUST, DIET BUTCHER SLIM SKIN, wjk and Pathy Cake Eater.
Regarding the project, a person in charge of planning said, "In hosting Shibuya Design Site 2013, a new project centered around Seibu Shibuya and Shibuya Loft, we decided to focus on fashion, which is our store's greatest strength as a Shibuya store, and on Japanese fashion designers, who are attracting attention during Tokyo Fashion Week. Our store has sales areas where we purchase and edit our own items, such as Key to Style, Justin Mode, and Mode Plus for women, and Men's Creator for men, and we take pride in being a department store that brings together some of Japan's leading creator brands. We hope that visitors will once again feel the power of Japanese fashion designers and enjoy the latest trends for autumn and winter."
