The clothes and accessories she wore sold quickly, leading to her being nicknamed the "10 Billion Yen Gal" due to her outstanding economic impact.
In 2007, she married Naoki Umeda, a reader model for the fashion magazine "Men's Egg." Due to her pregnancy, she retired from reader modeling in the February 2008 issue of Popteen. The issue featuring their marriage sold over 410,000 copies, the highest in the magazine's history. She gave birth to a baby boy in April 2008.
Around 2009, she began producing beauty and apparel-related products, which are said to have had an economic impact of over 50 billion yen.
