FENDI has collaborated with DAMAC Properties, one of Dubai's leading luxury property developers, to develop luxury villas at AKOYA, a golf resort in Dubai. The Fendi-designed villas are located on the project's central island, spanning 2,800 square feet, overlooking the entire Trump International Golf Club Dubai golf course across the water on both sides. The villas are located just a 10-minute drive from Dubai's main thoroughfare, Sheikh Zayad Road. The resort will be equipped with luxury restaurants, a shopping plaza, schools, and other amenities, and is expected to accommodate approximately 30,000 residents. The interiors were designed by FENDI CASA, Fendi's lifestyle brand. Each villa has been individually designed by Fendi's in-house interior designers, creating a contemporary residence that offers a first-class living experience. DAMAC Properties and Fendi have a long-standing collaboration, and this year saw the launch of DAMAC Exclusivea, a hotel-style apartment complex in Saudi Arabia, and DAMAC Residenze in Dubai Marina. DAMAC Properties has completed 8,887 properties across 910 square feet of land, and currently has 23,788 projects underway or in the planning stages across the Middle East across 2,860 square feet of land.
