To celebrate the opening of its new flagship store in Paris, FENDI held an exhibition called "The Glory of Water" at the store for two weeks starting on the 3rd of this month. The exhibition is part of the "FENDI for FOUNTAINS" project, which aims to protect Rome's fountains. The event featured a screening and exhibition of "Histoire d'Eau," a remake of the 1977 short film, and photographs of Rome's fountains taken by Karl Lagerfeld. Following the exhibition, a photo book with DVD containing the film and photographs, "The Glory of Water," will be released in Japan this fall for an estimated price of 10,620 yen.

The Glory of Water was launched in January of this year. As the first phase of the project, the organization announced a contribution to the restoration of the Trevi Fountain, and also expressed its intention to support the restoration of the Quattro Fontane and other famous fountains in Rome.
