FENDI is showcasing its longstanding relationship with film in the exhibition "Making Dreams: FENDI and the Cinema" at Cinema Manzoni in Milan, Italy. Admission is free until October 6th. The exhibition's curators, Patrick Kinmonth and Antonio Monfreda, have created seven modules, each with a different form and design, each showcasing FENDI's relationship with cinema. Costumes and fur items provided by the brand for films are on display. The opening reception, held on the 19th, was attended by a number of distinguished guests, including actress Catherine Deneuve, models Cara Delevingne, and Tallulah Harlech.
Cinema Manzoni, located in the center of Milan, opened in 1984. Designed by architect Mario Cavalle, the elegant cinema became one of Italy's most prestigious. It closed in 2006 but reopened specially for this exhibition.
