Lumine will hold the third installment of its "LUMINE THE QUARTIER-LA" project, which supports young designers and creators, at Lumine 2 in Shinjuku from November 1st to 28th.
This time, three designers (four designers) will appear: Akee Mabuchi's "Y.M.Walts," Shiho Shiroma's "Shiroma," and Suari Kawabata and Hiraka Shima's accessory brand "joujou."
Y.M.Walts, which launched in the Spring/Summer 2009 season, leverages Mabuchi's experience as a pattern maker to create wearable clothing. Shiroma, which presented its Fall/Winter 2010-2011 collection in Paris in the form of an exhibition and participated in Tokyo Collection in 2012, opened its concept shop "GUSUCUMA" in Omotesando this April. Founded in 2004, Juju creates accessories using all original parts under the concept of "no concept."

Lumine the Quarchera is a permanent store that opened in Lumine Shinjuku in August this year, offering sales opportunities to a number of different designers each month. The first installment featured "WOMANS," a project to support female designers that was held in March this year.
