Isetan Shinjuku Men's Store is hosting a "Traveler's Week" event throughout the store, showcasing travel wardrobes, accessories, and items to enhance your travels. The event runs until May 11th. Ahead of the Golden Week leisure season, the event proposes air and sea cruise travel styles under the theme of "Fly & Cruise: A Journey Around the World's Great Rivers." The men's accessories section on the first floor of the store is showcasing new items from the Globe-Trotter Expedition series. A special model commemorating the 60th anniversary of Sir Hillary's Everest summit will be sold exclusively at Isetan Mitsukoshi. The bag features a light khaki design with a brown strap. The interior is made of Ventile cotton, the same material as the outerwear worn during the summit. It also comes with a name tag featuring the commemorative logo. Also available is a bowling bag from JET, a leather collection for the modern jet-setter, launched last year. A Japan-exclusive small size (¥120,000) will also be available. In the store's sixth-floor promotional space, SCYE will be hosting its first-ever polo shirt patch customization event at Isetan until April 29th. Customers can customize their four-color, dyed pique polo shirts with one of seven "rhino" patches. The entire store is also offering a wide range of items to enhance any adult's travels, from formal wear for onboard parties by HUNTSMAN, python-print luggage from SAMSONITE, and relaxing wear from BODCO, including a cardigan and coat combination. The campaign is in collaboration with the BSTBS travel program "Exquisite Cruise Travelogue," and footage of the program's narrator, actor Katsunori Takahashi, visiting the store will be aired twice, on April 30th and May 7th.
