Mitsui Shopping Park Lala Terrace Musashi-Kosugi, opening on April 19th, will have a lineup of 72 stores, including some openings in Kanagawa Prefecture for the first time. It will also feature a wide selection of new store formats.
On the fashion floor on the second floor, select shop SHIPS will open a new store called SHIPS Days. Based on a "West Coast" theme, the store will carry imported household goods such as tableware from BAUER POTTERY, as well as original clothing for men and women. Targeting housewives in their 30s to 50s, the store will offer slightly lower prices than SHIPS. It will offer "loungewear," which is slightly more sophisticated than "one-mile wear," and will also carry sportswear for running, yoga, and other activities. "Our original clothing is made from yarn, and we offer easy-to-care-for items that can be washed at home. Ships Days offers clothing and accessories that fit into your lifestyle and that you can grow to love," says press representative Masateru Aida. There's also a corner for Ouur by KINFOLK, which also sells tableware and books. Also on the same floor is Pillowie Cafe Luxe, a bedding specialty store where you can order a pillow. Choose the material and fabric, try it on your bed, and have a pillow made to your exact height in about 30 minutes. The price is 16,000 yen. In addition to bed linens, towels, diffusers, and pajamas are also available. On the third floor, Aoyama Trading Co., Ltd.'s NEXT BLUE, which offers office wear targeted at men and women in their 30s, has opened its first store in Japan. It offers a wide selection of professional business wear for women. Francfranc, a lifestyle goods shop located on the same floor, is the first small-scale Francfranc store to be renovated with a blue theme. It features 1,100 carefully selected items from Francfranc's best-selling lineup, focusing on kitchen and bath products. "Francfranc is often visited by people starting a new life to stock up on household goods from scratch, but this store takes advantage of its small size to offer a selection of everyday items that housewives and office ladies can drop in and pick up after work," says store manager Ayumi Kobayashi. "KEY'S CAFE" has been opened on the fourth floor in collaboration with Tops, a well-known cake shop. It serves ice-aged coffee alongside Tops' popular cakes and curries. Tops Managing Director Kazuo Eda said, "Tops is famous for its cakes and has been able to celebrate its 50th anniversary, but we wanted more people to be able to eat them. We didn't have the idea to do this as a cafe, so we are very grateful that we were able to collaborate with Key's Cafe.We will also have a special menu, so we hope many people will come.If the response is good, we are also planning to open more than two stores."
