Mitsui Fudosan will open Mitsui Shopping Park Lala Terrace Musashi-Kosugi, a commercial facility directly connected to Musashi-Kosugi Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Meguro Line, on April 19th.

With redevelopment plans underway in front of the station, the Musashi-Kosugi area is expected to see a future population increase. Lala Terrace will have a retail floor space of approximately 8,000 square meters and 72 stores. The first floor, directly connected to the station, will feature Kosugi Marche, a food zone with popular stores offering everything from fresh produce to prepared meals and sweets, while the second and third floors will feature select shops catering to both men and families. The fourth floor, also directly connected to the station, will feature fitness and cooking classes, Mitsui Living Mall, which will provide support for housing and lifestyle concerns, and Lala Terrace Clinic Mall, which will provide total health support, aiming to create a highly convenient commercial facility.

The Mitsui Fudosan Group has been promoting urban development that creates a lush living environment around Musashi-Kosugi Station, based on the concept of revitalizing "Musashino Forest." With the development of residential facilities, the East Exit station plaza, and the opening of Lala Terrace Musashi-Kosugi, the group will create a new lifestyle in front of the station in Musashi-Kosugi.
