Grand Hyatt Tokyo will begin offering autumn-only menus and cocktails starting September 1st.
From September 10th to 15th, the Chinese restaurant China Room on the 6th floor will be offering a surprise treat for the Mid-Autumn Festival: "Mid-Autumn Festival: Dim Sum Chef's Handmade Mooncake and Bunny Bun Sesame Balloon" (¥3,000), featuring a full-moon-shaped, approximately 30cm sesame balloon filled with a mooncake and a custard-filled bunny bun. The mooncake is a limited-edition item made without preservatives, with a smooth lotus seed filling encased in a moist dough. The sesame balloon is a secret original made from glutinous rice flour. Guests can also surprise their guests with a message inside the sesame balloon.

From October 1st to 31st, the "Laphroaig Tasting" (7,500 yen) will be available, where you can taste three types of Scotch whiskey from Laphroaig Distillery, which was founded in 1815 and means "beautiful depression in a wide bay" in Gaelic.
