Dominique Bouchet's Tokyo "jewel" petit gateau now available at Shinjuku Isetan

Dominique Bouchet Tokyo, a hidden French restaurant run by a Michelin-starred chef, will open a pop-up store at Ma Pâtisserie on the first basement floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku from September 14th to 27th.

The pop-up store will sell special petit gateaux by chef patissier Atsushi Hatae, which can be enjoyed at Dominique Bouchet Tokyo in Ginza. The size has been minimized while maximizing the appeal and flavor of the ingredients, resulting in elegant and delicate gateaux that are almost jewel-like. In addition to La Marguerite (5 pieces/1,801 yen including tax), boxes of 5 and 7 pieces will also be available, allowing customers to choose from a selection of approximately 15 types of fresh sweets and 20 types of baked goods.
