On February 27th, a one-night-only special event will be held at Dominique Bouchet Tokyo, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Tokyo's Ginza district, featuring a re-release of a menu beloved by renowned actor Gérard Depardieu. The event will feature a veal dish beloved by the renowned actor, known for his roles in films such as "Green Card," "Le Chef Vatel," and "Les Misérables." This dish, originally served by Dominique Bouchet when he was executive chef at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, features moist, finely textured veal, grilled with the aroma of hay. The event will feature a special course menu including this veal dish, paired with a glass of wine carefully selected to complement the meal. During the aperitif before the meal, guests can listen to Chef Dominique share some behind-the-scenes stories from his time at the Hôtel de Crillon. Reservations can be made on the official website (http://www.dominique-bouchet.jp/) or by phone.
