Sep 27, 2016

On September 28th, FAUCHON will release two types of eclairs exclusively in Japan to commemorate its 130th anniversary. The "Mini Eclair Fauchon 1886" (250 yen) features a chic design featuring the FAUCHON logo. Inside is FAUCHON's signature apple tea-flavored milk chocolate cream. The "Mini Eclair Auguste" (250 yen) features a silhouette of a man inspired by the company's founder, Auguste Fauchon, and the Eiffel Tower. The signature choux pastry encases a sweet chocolate cream flavored with Earl Grey tea, resulting in a rich yet refreshing taste. Other items available from October 12th include the gorgeous "Auguste Tea" (3,000 yen) featuring rose petals and buds, and the "Pari Tea Bag Assortment" (3,000 yen), a four-flavor tea bag assortment.
