Mackintosh's second line, Mackintosh Philosophy, will launch its Fall/Winter 2014 collection themed around "Archie's Tailor Shop." The collection was inspired by the picture book "Archie," a story about a dog named Archie who tailors clothes for his beloved friends. The collection features knitwear and bags featuring illustrations by author Dominica More Goedon, created specifically for Mackintosh Philosophy. A fair will be held from September 10th to 23rd, featuring collaboration items such as casual jackets, intarsia knitwear, printed T-shirts, sweatshirts, knit caps, two-way tote bags, and caps. Customers who purchase two or more items, including collaboration items featuring Gordon's illustrations, will receive an original tote bag on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, in line with this season's theme, dog wear will be available exclusively at direct stores and the online store, Sanyo Ice Store, from September 10th. The lineup includes two types: a dog coat using the Mackintosh brand's signature house check, and a dog sweater with a navy background featuring white lines and the MP logo on the back.

Dominica More Gordon works as an illustrator and textile designer. The felt dogs she creates have many celebrity fans, including Brad Pitt. She currently lives in Scotland with her husband and children.
