
Irving Place, a restaurant in BOITOP in Shirokanedai, Tokyo, is collaborating with the renowned restaurant Mardi Gras to open La Fete du Mardi Gras at irving place from April 22nd to July 23rd.
For this limited-time restaurant, Toru Wachi, owner and chef of the renowned French bistro Mardi Gras in Ginza and known as a "meat specialist," has been invited to Irving Place as guest chef. This marks the first time that Mardi Gras has collaborated with another restaurant, and all menus served during the period will be supervised by Wachi. In addition to the Ginza Mardi Gras menu, there will be a selection of limited-time special menu items, including the meat-focused "Antipasto Platter" (2 servings/2,700 yen) which combines popular appetizers with collaboration dishes, the Mardi Gras signature dish "Men's New Hamburger" (2,400 yen), and the "Meat and Vegetable Platter" (2,000 yen). Furthermore, Wachi has collaborated with Boulangerie L'Ecrin in Ginza to create "Couronne Bordelais," a traditional French bread that pairs perfectly with meat, making this a restaurant where you can thoroughly enjoy meat dishes.
