To celebrate the reopening of its flagship boutique on Madison Avenue in New York, Tod's hosted a cocktail party and private dinner at the French restaurant Le Bilboquet. Guests included actresses Nicole Kidman and Uma Thurman, actors Ewan McGregor and Richard Gere, director Baz Luhrmann, model Karolina Kurkova, socialite Olivia Palermo, and Audrey Hepburn's granddaughter Emma Ferrer. The newly reopened flagship store features a marble façade with eight windows reminiscent of historic Italian architecture. The interior also incorporates architectural elements of the "Palazzo Italiano" (Italian mansion). Diego Della Valle, Chairman and CEO of the Tod's Group, said, "This boutique was born from our desire to make our customers feel at home." The interior features a black stone and steel fireplace, leather sofas, cabinets, and fixtures made from walnut, teak, and glossy black-stained Afrormosia wood, creating a relaxing space. To commemorate the reopening, limited edition versions of the brand's iconic women's "Gommini Spilla," "Ballerina," and "Tod's D-Cube" bags, as well as the men's "Script Bag" will be released.
