The Isetan Accessory Marche will be held at the 7th floor event space of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku from September 17th. With the theme of "unique accessories," the event will bring together 21 unique brands that could not all be featured in the store's 1st floor accessory corner. The event will run until the 22nd. "CULOYON," from Paris, is a brand with a unique and surreal worldview. Items include a rabbit-motif bangle (35,640 yen) and a cat-motif necklace (33,480 yen). The classic yet modern, slender jewelry created by stylist Goto Jinko creates an elegant impression. "Nopal," specializing in natural stones, is known for its oversized accessories. Bracelets (28,080 yen) and necklaces (82,080 yen) add a touch of sophisticated sophistication to even the most basic outfits. Kiri, another brand that uses natural stones, creates a mysterious atmosphere with patterns encapsulated within the stones. The unique designs that can only be achieved through handmade jewelry are appealing. The venue will also be packed with a variety of events to help you enjoy accessories even more. The "Styling Lesson," featuring guests Jinko Goto, hair and makeup artists Ko Otani and Ryoji Otani, and writer Rie Uchida, will introduce accessory styling techniques that match autumn fashion and hair and makeup, divided into two themes: daily and party. At the "Color Makeup Introduction Event," makeup artist Ayumi Nodera, who also has a career at Shu Uemura, will demonstrate makeup that matches accessories. "Even accessories that you previously thought wouldn't suit you can now be tried by simply changing the color of your makeup or clothes. We hope this will be an opportunity to discover a new side of yourself," said the event organizer. Other events include a "Body Treatment Class" with Shigeko Otani, owner of the body care salon "Soansoo," offering a lecture on easy self-treatment methods, and a jewelry talk show with Kumiko Machida, owner of "Ostia," which creates original accessories. These events will vary daily and are all free. Each session is limited to 10 people, and reservations are now being accepted. The "Beauty Bar," also located within the venue, will offer daily specials (fees apply) to enhance your body's accessories. In addition to gel nails in 10 autumnal colors and "stick-on manicures" using Incoco's nail polish, you can also experience Shigeko Otani's "Body Part Treatment" for either your hands or arms. Proposing accessories from a beauty perspective is a new initiative for Isetan Shinjuku.
In addition, for two days only, on the 18th and 20th, there will also be a jewelry box making experience using textiles by artist William Morris, led by flower designer Adachi Shizuka, owner of the select shop "Yoyo" in Minami-Aoyama. Each session is limited to six people, so make your reservation early.
