The Palace Hotel Tokyo's pastry shop, Sweets & Deli, will be selling four exclusive White Day sweets from March 1st to 14th. Among them, Lollipop Chocolat is a popular annual classic sweet that represents spring with bees and flowers on top of pastel-colored chocolate. This year, five flavors - green apple, honey, strawberry, and white ganache - will be sold as a set (2,592 yen). The herb candy Ohajiki (864 yen) is a candy filled with colorful edible flowers and herbs. When dissolved in hot water or tea, the flower petals and herbs inside the candy will spread out, creating a gorgeous tea time experience.

Other items on sale include "Uji Matcha Truffles" (3,780 yen), a round-shaped chocolate made with French white chocolate and the finest Uji matcha in Japan, and "Cake Pistachio" (2,160 yen), a pistachio cake filled with chocolate crunch.
