
The Palace Hotel Tokyo's pastry shop, Sweets & Deli, will be selling cherry blossom sweets from March 11th to April 20th. "Ichinoichinoichi Sakura" (3,600 yen) is an adaptation of the "Ichinoichinoichi" cake, made with the hotel's original Junmai Ginjo sake "Ichinoichinoichi" and sake lees from Hakkaisan, with cherry blossom leaves added. "Bonbon Chocolat Sakura" (1 piece 291 yen, 3 pieces 1,234 yen, 6 pieces 2,057 yen, 9 pieces 2,880 yen) is a milk chocolate filled with cherry blossom cream and decorated with a cherry blossom pattern on the surface. "Perle" (1 can 864 yen) is a can filled with chocolate granules coated in pink and white chocolate, garnished with chocolate petals.
Other items on sale include the "Sakura and Matcha Flavored Melon Bread" (253 yen), which is made with sakura bean paste and matcha bean paste wrapped in brioche dough, and the "Sakura Gateau Brioche" (361 yen), which combines black beans in a sakura flavored dough.
In addition, from March 1st to May 31st, each restaurant and bar within the Palace Hotel Tokyo will be offering a limited-time spring menu using seasonal ingredients to evoke the feeling of spring. (*All prices in this article include tax)
