On June 6th, Bottega Veneta will pre-release its new unisex fragrance collection, "Parco Palladiano" (100ml, ¥35,000 each), at Bottega Veneta boutiques. The collection was inspired by the Palladian gardens of Italy's Veneto region, where Bottega Veneta was founded in 1966. Overseen by creative director Tomas Maier, the collection took more than two years to create in collaboration with highly sensitive perfumers Michel Almelac, Daniela Andrier, and Alexis Dadier. The six fragrances, each named simply by Roman numeral—I, II, III, IV, V, and VI—refer to the ancient traditions of Palladian villas. "Parco Palladiano I" evokes the beginning of the day, evoking the scene of the morning sun shining on a pure garden still covered in dew. "Parco Palladiano II" is packed with the lively energy of the scented notes and features a fresh, green fragrance. "Parco Palladiano III" evokes the moment when you pass by a pear tree planted in the garden's orchard in autumn, while "Parco Palladiano IV" uses colorful azalea flowers, rarely used in perfumes, to express the feeling of a summer garden, with its fragrance rising from the sunlight. "Parco Palladiano V" evokes the image of a walk to the fragrant herb garden next to the villa. "Parco Palladiano VI" blends the rich scent of roses brought into the villa with the warm, woody scent of wooden furniture. The bottle is inspired by classical Venetian glasswork and embodies Bottega Veneta's signature aesthetic. It also features the brand's signature intrecciato pattern, which is found on the bottle, cap, packaging, and other parts of the brand.
