On October 7th, Bottega Veneta will release a new fragrance, "Bottega Veneta Not Eau Florale Eau de Parfum" (50ml/12,800 yen, 75ml/15,300 yen).
The fragrance is based on "Not," one of Bottega Veneta's signature fragrances, which was inspired by the image of escaping to a villa on the Italian Riviera. The newly released Not Eau Florale adds a delicate floral expression to "Not," which evokes a relaxing time on the Mediterranean Sea, evoking the villa's flower garden, where roses and peonies bloom. Rich notes of rose and peony are layered with soft musk, and the scent evokes the soul of the Mediterranean with mandarin, neroli, and lavender, before giving way to earthy notes of cedarwood and tonka bean. The bottle was inspired by Venetian glass and traditional Italian carafes. Like the "Knot" bottle, it combines soft, rounded curves with clean lines. The bottle cap, a distinctive feature, is adorned with a gold knot-shaped element, evocative of the knot closure on the brand's iconic clutch bag. The visuals were photographed by American fine art photographer David Armstrong. Julia Nopis, who also appeared in the previous "Knot" collection, served as model.
