Coach 75th Anniversary! Limited to 75 pieces, rare vintage bags with initial numbers

May 27, 2016

To celebrate the brand's 75th anniversary, Coach will release a limited edition of 75 bags from the "Coach Vintage" collection exclusively at Coach Omotesando on June 3rd.

The collection features Coach bags made in the United States in the 1970s and 1980s, now highly sought-after vintage items. Two vintage bags, the "Stewardess Bag" and the "Dinky," were collected from around the world and brought to the New York workshop. Coach artisans have hand-finished and restored each one.

The bags also feature playful embellishments such as the iconic "Varsity Stripe," the floral appliqué "Tea Rose" that debuted in the "Coach 1941" spring collection, and "Creatures," which uses bag parts to create unique facial expressions. Each bag features an exclusive initial number and the "Omotesando" city name engraved on the hangtag. To celebrate the release of this bag, Coach Omotesando will be offering welcome drinks and finger foods to customers from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on June 3rd, along with a live jazz performance. Welcome drinks will also be served on the following days, the 4th and 5th.
