Pierre Hermé Paris, rose-flavored lychee sorbet and other summer-only sweets available at Hotel New Otani Tokyo

For a limited time only, from July 1st to September 15th, the coffee shop SATSUKI at Hotel New Otani Tokyo will be serving Pierre Hermé Paris sweets.

There are three types of sweets available this time (1,500 yen each). Among them, "Coupe Alma" is a mango and caramel sorbet topped with poached banana and accented with coconut meringue. "Coupe Ispahan" features rose-flavored lychee sorbet, raspberry sorbet, lychee, rose macaroon, and fresh cream. "Coupe Mozaic" is a griotte cherry sorbet and pistachio ice cream, topped with griotte cherries, chopped pistachios, a macaroon, and fresh cream.
