A one-day event will be held on October 22nd, marking the first collaboration between Nikuyama, a Kichijoji-based meat restaurant said to be one of the hardest to get reservations for in Tokyo, and Innocent Carvery, an innovative wagyu beef specialty restaurant created by a specialist with intimate knowledge of wagyu beef.
Nikuyama specializes in a variety of lean cuts of meat, including beef, pork, and venison. Customers are addicted to the chewy texture of their dishes, which are simply grilled to bring out the best in the ingredients. Apparently, most customers make reservations before leaving, making this popular restaurant always fully booked six months in advance. Meanwhile, Innocent Carvery, which is attached to one of Tokyo's leading "butcher labs" (meat cellars), lives up to its name: "a restaurant that cuts meat to bring out its maximum flavor." As its name suggests, Innocent Carvery specializes in wagyu beef, using rare wagyu beef, brimming with the producer's passion, cuts it on the spot to suit the mood and appetite of the day, and grills it to the perfect doneness.
At this event, you can enjoy Nikuyama's popular menu items and a luxurious meat course carefully selected by Innocent Carvery for this event. There will be two sessions, lunch and dinner, with only 40 seats available for each. Reservations are required on a first-come, first-served basis and will be accepted at Innocent Carvery from 3pm on October 15th.
