
DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY is offering a limited-time menu full of pumpkins to get you in the Halloween spirit.
The "Halloween Religieuse" (680 yen) is a Halloween version of Dominique Ansel Bakery's cream puffs, which are available in unique seasonal designs. The Halloween-inspired design features a bat atop a pumpkin, and the sweet and sour blackberry cream and refreshing citrus mandarin jam combine to create a mellow, softly fragrant treat.
The "Pumpkin Tart" (680 yen), a must-have dessert for American events like Halloween and Thanksgiving, is also available. Making use of the spicy aroma of cinnamon and the sweetness of seasonal pumpkin, this dessert recreates a traditional, authentic American flavor, making it a perfect treat for the party season. For Halloween, the popular "Mr. Robot" bread, a hybrid of melon bread and cream bun, will be transformed into a jack-o'-lantern. The fluffy, moist cocoa crust is filled with a generous amount of delicious pumpkin cream. The popular almond croissant will also be available, with the "Pumpkin Cherry Croissant" (350 yen), filled with soft, sweet pumpkin cream and cherry jam. Additionally, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on October 28th, there will be a "Pumpkin Sweets & Jack-o'-Lantern Making" event. Under the careful guidance of the bakery's renowned chefs, you can create your own original lantern, and enjoy Dominique Ansel Bakery's original pumpkin sweets. Participation is 5,800 yen per person (tax included), and registration begins at 5:30 PM on the day.
