Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be rolling out limited-time Christmas menus and party plans at each location starting December 1st. The Oak Door steakhouse on the 6th floor will be serving the "Holiday White Burger" (¥2,600) from December 1st to December 31st, a holiday-only menu item inspired by Grand Hyatt Tokyo's Christmas theme color, "white." The burger features white-based ingredients like a chicken patty and Gruyère cheese sandwiched between a ciapatta bun, a white bread originating from Italy, and topped with premium ingredients like porcini mushrooms and truffle aioli. The fries are also garnished with a white aioli sauce. The Oak Door Bar will be serving the "Twinkle" (¥2,000), a limited-edition Christmas cocktail made with a two-layer martini-style chocolate cocktail and fresh cream, from December 17th to December 25th. Enjoy the fusion of chocolate and fresh cream as you savor the delicious combination. From December 1st to 30th, the All-Day Dining French Kitchen will be offering a dinner plan with photo props (¥4,900) so guests can take memorable photos while they dine. The main dish will be the classic party dish, roast chicken, carved by the chef himself at the table. Guests will also receive a complimentary Western-style confectionery gift from the hotel's pastry team, which has produced numerous award-winning pastry chefs both in Japan and abroad. Other options include colorful Christmas cocktails perfect for a girls' night out: "Le Ciel Blanc" (¥2,000), a tea liqueur-based cocktail with foamed milk to resemble snow; "Etoile de Noël" (¥2,000), a citrus-blue cocktail topped with star-shaped peel; and "Chand de Fraise" (¥1,500), a bright red Christmas-colored strawberry cocktail. From December 22nd to 25th, eight of the hotel's restaurants and bars will also be offering Christmas-only dinner courses. Each restaurant will create a luxurious evening with dishes made with carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods. All prices are exclusive of tax and service charges.
