Musician Brian Eno was born on May 15, 1948, in Suffolk, England. While studying at Winchester School of Art, he developed an interest in electronic instruments and joined the rock band Roxy Music as a synthesizer player in 1970. After releasing their first single, "Virginia Plain," in 1971, the band won Best New Artist awards in various categories at the NME Awards. After releasing their second album, "For Your Pleasure," in 1973, Brian left Roxy Music and pursued a solo career. In 1974, he released the album "Here Come the Warm Jets." Featuring guest appearances by Robert Fripps and other notable artists, Eno's new pop sound garnered attention. Brian's musical style gradually shifted to an avant-garde style, establishing him as a pioneer of ambient music. His 1978 album, "Ambient 1: Music for Airports," was created as ambient music for airports, and the sounds were actually used at New York's LaGuardia Airport. In recent years, he is also known for composing "The Microsoft Sound," the startup sound for Windows 95. In addition to his solo career, he also participated in the recording of David Bowie's albums "Low," "Heroes," and "Lodger." He also produced albums by Robert Fripps, known as the guitarist for Talking Heads and U2, and had a major impact on the rock scene at the time. He also remixed YMO's live album "Complete Service" in Japan.
