Pharrell's "Happy" Japanese music video features Funassyi, Kiko Mizuhara, and UA Ogi

The Japanese music video for music producer and singer Pharrell Williams' hit single "HAPPY" has been released. It's garnering attention, featuring not only Pharrell himself, but also Funassyi, Kiko Mizuhara, and Kobukuro. It was directed by creative director NIGO(R), a longtime friend of Pharrell's. The song reached number one on the iTunes charts in 175 countries and reached number one on national charts in over 20 countries. The song is also included on Pharrell's new album, "GIRL," released on April 30th, his first in eight years.

The artists appearing include Iura Arata, VERBAL (m-flo), Okada Kazuchika (New Japan Pro-Wrestling), Kishidan, Kubota Toshinobu, Ogi "POGGY" Motofumi (United Arrows), Kobukuro, Scha Dara Parr, DJ LOVE (SEKAI NO OWARI), DEXPISTOLS, TERIYAKI BOYZ(R), NAOTO (EXILE/Sandaime J Soul Brothers), Nakamura Shinsuke (New Japan Pro-Wrestling), BiS, Funassyi, Makihara Noriyuki, MATSU (EXILE), Mizuhara Kiko, YOON (AMBUSH(R)), and Wakadanna (in alphabetical order/titles omitted).

In addition, Pharrell is in Japan and is scheduled to appear on "Music Station" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast on the 16th. His costumes, which he has collaborated with "UNIQLO" and "G-Star RAW," have attracted attention.
