Ginza Mitsukoshi will be holding its popular annual event, "Snoopy in Ginza 2021," from July 17th. This year marks the 23rd anniversary of the event, and with the theme of "With a SMILE!", Snoopy and his Peanuts friends will be bringing their brightest smiles to everyone, with the hope that "the power of smiles can help us overcome the various anxieties and difficulties we feel these days!" Be sure to check out the adorable smiles of Snoopy and his friends depicted in the event key art designed specifically for this occasion. At the event venue on the 7th floor of the new building, you can enjoy a wide range of products, including original Ginza Mitsukoshi products, all at once.

What is "Peanuts"?
The "Peanuts" characters and related intellectual property rights belong to Peanuts Worldwide LLC. The company is owned by Apple Inc. Worldwide, with WildBrain holding 41%, Sony Music Entertainment Inc. holding 39%, and the family of Charles M. Schulz holding 20%. Charles M. Schulz first introduced the Peanuts characters to the world in 1950, when "Peanuts" debuted in seven newspapers.
Since then, Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts gang have left an indelible mark on pop culture. In addition to beloved Peanuts shows and specials on Apple TV+, fans around the world enjoy "Peanuts" through a wide variety of merchandise, amusement park attractions, cultural events, social media, and the comic strip, published in both traditional print and digital formats.

・In order to reduce congestion at the venue on Saturday, July 17th, only customers with a numbered admission ticket issued in advance will be allowed into the event venue on the 7th floor of the new Ginza Mitsukoshi building.
