Andaz Tokyo's autumn-only menu includes paella packed with Hokkaido's bounty

Starting September 1st, Andaz Tokyo will offer a limited-time autumn menu featuring an abundance of seasonal ingredients. From September 1st to 30th, Andaz Tavan, which serves authentic European cuisine, will introduce the "Hokkaido Special Paella," featuring an abundance of Hokkaido's seafood and bounty from the land. Using ingredients carefully selected by the chef from producers, this world-famous paella is served in Andaz Tavan's signature style. The menu includes Wassamu rice, known for its excellent compatibility with paella; Yoichi cherry tomatoes, known for their vibrant red color and rich sweetness; and Shiretoko chicken, known for its tender flesh and rich umami. It also includes red capsicum, green beans, garlic, saffron, and rosemary. Additionally, from October 1st to November 30th, a "Tuna Eater" menu will be offered, featuring not only the standard cuts of tuna, but also every last bit of it, from head to tail. The popular red meat is used in classic Nicoise salads, appetizers, and light main dishes, while the tail is used in the traditional Italian dish of osso buco (stew). A variety of dishes are also offered, including chutoro (medium fatty tuna), otoro (fatty tuna), fillet, and even collar.
From September 1st to October 31st, Cafe & Bar BeBu will host an Andaz-style rendition of Oktoberfest, the world's largest beer festival held annually in Munich, Germany. Andaz Tokyo's Sous Chef Gregor Strain, a native of Bavaria, where the festival is held, will be serving traditional German dishes that go perfectly with ice-cold beer. Also available is a signature burger for this year's Oktoberfest: the "Grilled Bavarian Pork Sausage Patty with Curry Sauerkraut."
From September 1st to October 31st, the open-air rooftop bar on the 52nd floor will host "Gin Craze Tales," a variety of gin cocktails to delight all five senses. This time, gin cocktails will be served using craft gin from Finland, the UK, the US and Spain, ruby pink grapefruit, Kyoho grapes, black pepper, cranberry, lemon verbena, basil and other ingredients, and garnished with garnishes.
