HIGASHIYA will be selling a limited-edition Japanese confectionery, "Apple and Cinnamon Domyojikan" (1,800 yen), from September 23rd to mid-November.
Domyojikan generally refers to agar confectionery such as Kingyoku, melted with Domyoji paste and molded into a shape. The newly released "Apple and Cinnamon Domyojikan" is a seasonal Domyojikan that combines domestic apples that are preserved in honey when in season with cinnamon. This dish allows you to enjoy the chewy texture of Domyoji flour along with the aroma of cinnamon that brings out the sweetness of the apple. The limited-edition packaging also features an apple, making it the perfect casual souvenir or gift for someone special. Available at HIGASHIYA GINZA, HIGASHIYA man, and the HIGASHIYA online shop.
