Brasserie Checkers at Hilton Osaka will be hosting the "Fantasy Dessert Buffet - A Tale of Three Castles," which will be available only on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from September 2nd to November 27th, bringing the world of fairy tales to life with adorable sweets.

This dessert buffet will feature three famous castles from Grimm's fairy tales. The "Ball Castle," where Cinderella dances with the prince, will feature a bright red dress and a selection of adorable sweets, including the "Love Choux à la Crème Raspberry and Cheese Flavor," decorated with heart-shaped chocolates, and the "Lady's Berry Tart," topped with a macaron hat and plenty of berries. The menu will include the pear and coconut-flavored "Jewelry Mousse," inspired by a sparkling jewelry box; the "Rose Palace" raspberry mousse, which resembles a bright red carpet; and the "Velvet Cupcake: Until the Magic Melts," which evokes Cinderella's dreamy moment with fluffy cream. The "Witch's Castle," located in the forest where Snow White took a bite of the apple, will be filled with the magically delicious "Witch's Pumpkin Soup," a large chestnut gateau, and an irresistible apple mousse, creating a mysterious forest atmosphere. The "Ice Castle," home to Andersen's Snow Queen, will be transformed into a fantastical world of ice with tiramisu sparkling with ice candy, round cookies resembling snowmen, and coffee mousse that looks like it's completely covered in snow.
