FabCafe is hosting a pop-up cafe at the "Near-Future Living Fair for the Digital Generation," held at the Ginza Mitsukoshi 7th floor event hall until August 28th.
In keeping with the ongoing fair, the pop-up cafe features a robot barista using a robotic arm, a chocolate 3D printer, and a macaron fab made with a laser cutter, allowing visitors to experience a "near-future cafe." The cafe also offers FabCafe's signature specialty coffees, as well as drinks and sweets such as the New York-inspired nitro coffee (¥800), bean-to-bar chocolate ice cream (¥800), and a pink gradient parfait (¥1,200, only available on August 27th) perfected through extensive research by a pastry chef.
Original accessories and kits, each individually crafted by creators using digital fabrication machines, and FabCafe original merchandise are also available for limited sale.
