On the 4th, TSI Holdings announced the sale of the land (1,626.79 square meters) and office building of the former Tokyo Style Osaka branch in Nishihonmachi, Nishi Ward, Osaka City. The branch closed in February of last year, and the transfer price was 2 billion yen. The buyer has not been disclosed. 
The TSI Group launched a "No Sacred Cities" mid-term management plan in fiscal 2012, and is currently consolidating business locations to strengthen the group's management capabilities. This transaction is also aimed at efficiently managing management resources and strengthening the group's financial structure.
The sale of this fixed asset will result in an extraordinary profit of 1.16 billion yen in the second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2014.
